Revision Knee Surgery

Mr Singer carefully removes the failed implant, and uses moving spacers if required due to infection.

Mr Singer then reconstructs the damaged knee using stemmed modular implants.

Also, Mr Singer also performs bone preserving operations like the unicompartmental knee replacement, and the Avon patello-femoral replacement in certain situations.

The following x-rays show a knee with total failure, requiring a complete replacement (click x-rays to enlarge).
